as an exchange student and how do programs compare?

a. – you find partners yourself or you already have them,

b. – you find partners through a Parental Pal membership:
……. the annual membership fee is currently EUR 140,- and
……. the support within Shared Mindspace is free.
…. .. All other costs are what they would be if your own child were at home
……. instead of your exchange guest – with all the implications and expenses
……. this usually involves.
……. There are no set programs, you chose partners and in consequence
……. the schools & curricula yourself and you plan accordingly.

accomodation, school books, most likely school fees and more.

Average cost for a placement: $ 5.000,- to $ 14.000,- in addition
to school fees, pocket money etc. (depends on length of stay and
on many other specific details like the type of school etc.)
…….Choice of programs: in accordance with what’s on offer by the
…….organization you opted for. The selection process depends on
…….availability at the time and suitability for your child ……..
